Overview As Site Operations Manager, you will lead an electrical-lab site, drive financial performance, and oversee staff development. You'll focus on maximizing revenue and EBIT while improving processes to boost efficiency and margins. You will coordinate cross-functionally to hit KPIs and explore new business opportunities. Responsibilities- Oversee lab within the assigned location
- Manage revenue, costs, and EBIT for the site
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and margin
- Coordinate with other teams to achieve targets
- Mentor and develop management staff
- Ensure KPIs and service level targets are met
- Provide capital expenditure recommendations and other initiatives
- Explore new business opportunities
- Perform additional duties as required
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management or a technical discipline
- 5 years of operations management experience in a technical/engineering environment
- 3 years of budget management and P&L responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities
- Onsite work availability
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and safe driving record
- Adherence to safety practices and policies
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
