Responsibilities- Set project objectives and standards in collaboration with the Project Executive
- Oversee construction to meet design, budget, and schedule targets with accountability for outcomes
- Lead project meetings and guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions; mentor project engineers
- Manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows to maximize profitability
- Maintain safety programs and project documentation; ensure on time, on budget completion
- Mitigate schedule risks and maintain compliance with corporate policies
Key requirements- Four year degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years of hands on experience managing commercial and institutional projects valued at $10M+
- Self perform experience is a plus
- General contracting experience in healthcare, life sciences, data centers, higher education, and advanced manufacturing
- Strong understanding of project processes and their role in project success
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, profitability, and client relationships
