Overview In this role you will extend the Medical Affairs team in the field, engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionals to share fair-balanced scientific information. You will support clinical research activities, educate and train staff, and help align external insights with internal resources. You will work across international and local conferences, advisory boards, and sponsor- or investigator-initiated studies to advance Zenas' neurology portfolio. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional, compliance-driven environment with a strong emphasis on scientific excellence and patient impact.

Responsibilities- Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals at international, national, regional, and local levels
- Educate HCPs on Zenas' product portfolio and therapeutic area
- Serve as a regional medical/scientific resource to align external needs with internal resources
- Deliver educational resources and scientific information in response to requests
- Collaborate with investigators to support clinical research (investigator-initiated and company-sponsored)
- Coordinate speaker development and training
- Ensure ethical, fair-balanced scientific exchanges with HCPs
- Support conferences with scientific content and coverage
- Liaise with Clinical Operations to support studies
- Participate in advisory boards and clinical investigator meetings
- Gather field data to generate insights and competitive intelligence
- Deliver internal disease-state and product training
- Build cross-functional relationships within compliance guidelines
- Engage in ongoing independent learning in the therapeutic area
- Identify and execute scientific communication opportunities at congresses
- Generate and present data opportunities with the team
- Attend meetings to obtain expert feedback
- Provide feedback to headquarters based on field interactions
Key requirements- Advanced clinical/science degree or health care professional credentials (MD, PhD, RPh, PharmD, NP, PA, MS or equivalent)
- Minimum 3+ years MSL, field-based, or clinical position preferred
- Therapeutic area experience preferred
- Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, and OIG guidelines preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation communication
- Results-oriented and team-oriented with a proven track record
- Strong knowledge of industry, legal, and regulatory compliance guidelines
