Overview In this role you will manage contracts for U.S. Government Federal programs, partnering with a cross functional team to drive compliant, timely acquisitions. You will shape proposal development, contract negotiations, and subcontracts to support Westinghouse's clean energy mission. With a remote, global team, you'll navigate complex OTA/IDIQ environments and support audits, audits, and reporting. Your work directly influences program execution and partner relationships, enabling impactful government projects.

Responsibilities- Review and coordinate Requests for Proposals
- Prepare and review proposals including pricing, change orders and modifications
- Solicitation, award and management of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts
- Create and manage Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements
- Apply knowledge of OTA and IDIQ contracts
- Support Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) reviews and audits
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
- Negotiate favorable outcomes
- Manage contract/subcontract reporting systems
- Conduct FAR research and recommend compliant approaches
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years as a contracting professional, preferably with federal contracts (DOE or DoD)
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager or similar preferred
- Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements
- Understanding of government systems, programs and contractual obligations among government, private company and subcontractors
