Overview In this role, you will support analytical characterization of cell therapy products and contribute to process development through flow cytometry work. You'll analyze experimental data, document results, and help transfer assays into routine analytical testing. You'll collaborate across teams to advance product characterization and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage your flow cytometry expertise to drive robust, reproducible methods that support T cell therapy development.
Responsibilities- Execute flow cytometric testing for process development and product characterization
- Analyze data and perform advanced statistical analysis using specialized software
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate flow cytometry instruments and cell sorters
- Develop SOP templates and analytical test methods; document results accurately
- Transfer flow cytometry assays from method development to analytical testing
- Provide user training on instruments and methods; cross-train analysts
- Coordinate project team activities and support study planning meetings
- Support the development, qualification, and documentation of 10-color flow cytometry methods
- Contribute to data integrity verification and ensure rigorous data handling
- Participate in sampling and study plan discussions across functional areas
Key requirements- BSc in Life Sciences or related field with 3+ years of cell therapy experience
- Strong knowledge of flow cytometry method development and instrument controls
- Proficiency with CytoFLEX S/LX, FACSCanto, FACSAria II, CliniMACS
- Proficient in FlowJo, Diva, CytEXPERT, Prism, and Microsoft Office tools
