Overview In this role you will provide scientific leadership for DEL selection campaigns within small-molecule drug discovery. You will design and execute DEL screening strategies, interpret sequencing data, and prioritize hits while leading cross-functional efforts to advance hits through hit-to-lead. Expect close collaboration across chemistry, biology, biophysics, structural biology, and computational chemistry to drive impactful decisions. You will shape DEL workflows and mentor scientists in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
