Overview In this role, you will lead cross-functional programs to advance CSALT, Amazon's federated GraphQL data platform for customer service data. You'll partner with platform engineering, distributed systems, product, and science leaders to deliver scalable data infrastructure on time and to a high quality bar. The role sits at the center of CS transformation, enabling teams to access and compose data across the organization. You will shape strategy, drive governance, and ensure successful delivery of large, high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities- Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs
- Lead delivery of large and complex projects and ensure successful execution
- Own strategic narratives (OP1/OP2) and organizational goals
- Define programs with mission and tenets, set objectives, analyze data, drive metric-driven improvements
- Influence resource allocation and coordinate internal/external teams to deliver results
Key requirements- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams
