Overview In this role you will bridge Laboratory operations and Business Development to guide RFP responses. You will ensure technical alignment between test menus and proposal needs, and coordinate with project management, logistics, and affiliate labs. You'll research new tests and services, providing technical, timeline, and pricing input to support bids. The position anchors the roadmap for MRLT capabilities within Medpace's global clinical trial services, enabling scalable, compliant lab support.

Responsibilities- Perform technical and scientific review of new RFPs and advise on scope and suitability against current lab capabilities
- Serve as primary liaison between Laboratory operations and Business Development during proposal development
- Coordinate with MRL Project Management and Logistics teams to finalize Lab Specification Documents and shipping strategies
- Research and supply information on new tests/services needed to meet protocol requirements, including timelines and pricing
- Manage relationships with affiliate, specialist, and third-party laboratories to support current and new business
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field
- 2-3 years of relevant Project Management/Laboratory experience
