Overview

As a Contracts Manager at JLL, you help ensure compliant, high-quality contracts across the EMEA region by leading the contract lifecycle, coordinating with risk, legal, tax, and business partners. You draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements from a business operations perspective, focusing on risk mitigation and efficiency. You contribute to centralized contract management, training, and support for project teams to expedite review and execution. This role emphasizes operational contract management rather than legal counsel, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and termination with cross-functional partners
  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer framework agreements, work orders, and amendments from a business operations perspective
  • Identify and mitigate contract risks in facility management and design/construction projects through business analysis
  • Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements; maintain centralized contract management systems
  • Conduct training on contract management best practices and continuous improvement
  • Support project teams to ensure expeditious contract review and execution
  • Report on metrics and maintain visibility and operational excellence via contract management systems
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, procurement, or related field; legal background not required
  • 7-10 years in procurement, procurement operations, negotiations, contract management, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of contract types and business impact
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills with autonomous working style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
