Overview In this role you will manage Core Laboratories' global compliance and data privacy programs, shaping policies, training, and investigations. You will partner with legal, IT, and business teams to embed compliance into operations and respond to regulatory inquiries. You will lead cross-border data privacy efforts and complex investigations, driving a strong ethics culture. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the global compliance program (anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, trade compliance, data privacy) across US, EU, and UK
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, internal controls, and risk assessment/audit processes
- Advise on global regulatory requirements (GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, sanctions) and monitor developments
- Oversee the global data privacy program, including incident response and cross-border data transfer compliance
- Design and deliver compliance training across platforms and locations
- Manage regulatory engagement and enforcement matters, investigations, inquiries, and reporting to General Counsel
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to integrate compliance provisions into operations and contracts
Key requirements- J.D. from accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law
- Minimum 7 years of experience (law firm or corporate) with at least 3 leading compliance programs
