Overview As a Government Contracts Manager at Vantor, you will oversee the full lifecycle of complex government and commercial agreements, focusing on FAR Part 12 contracts, OTAs, and licensing. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Program Management to ensure compliance and enable deal progress. You will drive risk assessment, contract strategy, and process improvements in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role supports government customers and strategic partners, shaping how we deliver spatial intelligence at scale.

Responsibilities- Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, modifications, and related documents
- Negotiate, administer, and ensure compliance for FAR Part 12 commercial contracts
- Draft, review, negotiate OTAs and related agreements
- Support software and data licensing, subscriptions, and services agreements
- Draft and negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, reseller and partner agreements
- Identify and mitigate organizational conflicts of interest and support related disclosures
- Support GSA contracting activities, including schedules, pricing, and ordering
- Interpret FAR, agency supplements, OTA guidance, and company policies
- Advise stakeholders on rights, obligations, risks, deliverables, IP, data rights, security, and flow-down
- Coordinate with Legal and business teams on strategy, negotiations, approvals, and issue resolution
- Maintain contract records and obligation/deliverable tracking
- Support audits and compliance assessments
- Develop repeatable contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and training materials
- Monitor regulatory and contractual developments affecting government contracting and communicate changes
Key requirements- At least 10 years in government contracts or related field
- Significant experience with FAR Part 12, prime/subcontracts, and government procurement
- Experience with OTAs and related agreements
- Experience negotiating or administering software licenses, data licenses, and NDAs
- Knowledge of OCI requirements and mitigation
- Experience with GSA contracts or Schedule administration
- Active U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong contract interpretation, negotiation, compliance, and administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
