Overview In this role you will design and optimize ALD coating processes and hardware for state of the art display and semiconductor manufacturing. You'll partner with cross functional teams to drive productization and end to end ramp at customers. You'll analyze data, characterize materials, and help resolve complex engineering issues to improve device performance and yield. Responsibilities- Develop and optimize ALD coatings and hardware for next gen chamber architectures
- Drive productization from ideation to commercialization with end to end responsibility for ramp at customers
- Analyze data, perform material characterization, and generate technical documentation for products
- Interact with customers and key stakeholders to resolve complex engineering issues (HVPs)
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams to implement new technologies and processes
- Train and guide engineers on measurement techniques and data interpretation
- Lead projects with risk and complexity, shaping execution strategy
- Prepare engineering specifications and technical reports for integrated products
Key requirements- 5+ years in ALD coatings and hardware development
- BS in Engineering (MS/PhD preferred)
- Experience with hardware characterization for complex systems
- Ability to design, execute, and report material engineering experiments
- Understanding of material measurement/analytical techniques
- Ability to assess technical vs cost trade-offs for material solutions
- Experience communicating with customers to resolve engineering issues
- Fast learner and results-oriented
