Overview In this Senior Architect role you will define an architectural vision and lead the delivery of AI-driven agentic solutions for the Client Servicing and Money Movement portfolio. You will align across business, operations, and technology to shape the architecture roadmap and ensure non-functional requirements are met. This position combines business transformation, advanced AI, and modern engineering to drive intelligent automation and improved client experiences. You will actively contribute hands-on while guiding teams and stakeholders through complex architectural decisions.

Responsibilities- Define the architectural vision and operating environment for complex solutions and translate requirements into a technology backlog
- Contribute to an architecture roadmap across domains (Business, Application, Data, Technology) and promote best practices
- Clarify architecture and assist with system design, offering viable solution options
- Lead solution discussions, design complex architectures, and create modular, flexible designs
- Educate teams on technology practices and standardization strategies
- Support technology stack decisions and select preferred technology products
- Perform design and code reviews ensuring non-functional requirements like security, performance, and scalability are met
Key requirements- 10+ years in software engineering and architecture with recent focus on AI/ML and distributed systems
- Experience building enterprise-scale solutions in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic architectures
- Understanding of client servicing and/or money movement processes (payments, transfers, ACH, wires)
- Experience designing AI-driven workflow automation or digital assistants
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and fraud detection in financial transactions
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, RASA, or similar
- Proven track record of taking AI solutions from POC to production scale
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
