Overview In this role you will manage retail construction projects across the NYC tri-state portfolio from the owner's perspective. You will collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and lead on-site decisions to ensure projects align with the developer's goals. You'll oversee GC coordination for tenant or street-retail spaces, addressing issues as they arise. This position offers exposure to a vertically integrated developer with a strong project pipeline and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities- Oversee retail construction across the tri-state portfolio from the owner's side
- Manage GC or tenant GC relationships and performance
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to address on-site issues
- Ensure observations and on-site decisions align with project goals
- Maintain oversight across multiple properties with travel as needed
Key requirements- 10+ years in construction project management
- Experience with General Contractor or Real Estate Developer
- Construction-related degree (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
- Retail project experience strongly preferred
- Ability to observe on site and handle situations
- Ability to travel to properties across the Greater NYC Area
