Overview

In this role you will lead talent acquisition to attract top talent aligned with business goals. You will build diverse sourcing pipelines and partner with hiring managers to ensure efficient, high-quality hires. Data-driven insights will guide recruiting improvements while ensuring compliance and an excellent candidate experience. You will elevate Cummins' employer brand and coordinate cross-functional recruiting efforts to deliver impactful business outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and secure top talent aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop diverse sourcing channels and pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Improve recruiting effectiveness through data-driven analysis, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with laws, policies, and organizational standards.
  • Influence and coach stakeholders throughout the hiring process to improve talent outcomes.
  • Strengthen employer brand through candidate engagement and recruitment marketing.
  • Drive cross-functional recruiting initiatives to improve candidate experience, efficiency, and business results.

  • Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and talent needs.
  • Expertise in sourcing, assessing, and selecting talent using structured, inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and consulting skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to leverage analytics, insights, and metrics to drive continuous improvement and informed decisions.
