Overview In this role you lead a commercial construction project from planning through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. You work as the primary on-site leader, coordinating cross functional teams and liaising with clients to align expectations with company standards. You'll tackle scheduling, safety, and process optimization while preserving strong client relationships and project profitability. Responsibilities- Maintain adherence to safety standards and document control
- Create and manage project budget for assigned projects
- Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP package
- Conduct project meetings, set milestones and owner reporting
- Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, pay applications) and approve change orders
- Perform project scheduling and quality control, manage logistics
- Oversee closeout processes
- Engage with customers to discuss needs and align services
- Supervise assistant operations staff and coordinate with site operations
- Collaborate with superintendent and site team throughout the project
Key requirements- 5+ years in commercial construction
- Degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred; or equivalent experience
- Experience in a project management role handling multiple projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards
- Mastery of reading construction drawings
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
