Responsibilities- Lead delivery of data science solutions and programs for inventory management of non-inventory supplies across global ops
- Manage and mentor scientists and ML engineers (2+ years) and grow a high-performing team
- Develop and deploy statistical models and automated analytics at large scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, product, operations) to translate needs into scalable solutions
- Drive quality, reliability, and bias mitigation in ML/AI systems
- Architect and ship end-to-end data science products that influence procurement decisions
Key requirements- 5+ years building quantitative solutions as a scientist or science manager
- 2+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
- 5+ years applying statistical models for large-scale applications and building automated analytical systems
- PhD in a quantitative field
- Knowledge of Python or R or other scripting language
