Overview In this role you will lead PEGA architecture initiatives for clients in the information technology sector, shaping enterprise-level solutions. You will work within a consulting context to define architectures and drive projects from an architectural standpoint. The position combines hands-on Pega expertise with broader tech skills, travel, and client interaction to deliver scalable banking/insurance solutions. Plano, TX, with potential relocation and telephonic/Skype interviews.
Responsibilities- Define and drive new architectures for client engagements
- Lead projects from an architectural perspective within a consulting setting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement PEGA solutions
- Engage in client conversations and present architecture options
- Support travel as required by project needs
Key requirements- 4+ years in technology consulting and enterprise/solutions architecture
- 4+ years in Pega PRPC v5.x/v6.x and Pega banking/insurance frameworks
- CSSA/CLSA in Pega PRPC v6.x
- 2+ years PL/SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripting
- 2+ years Oracle or MS SQL database experience
- 2+ years experience in J2EE/JSP/Servlets/XML/Java, .Net or OO languages
- Experience defining new architectures and driving independent projects
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel in a management consulting environment
