Overview In this HR Business Partner role, you collaborate with plant leadership to drive people strategies that boost performance and value creation. You'll partner with operations to improve HR processes, close talent gaps, and coach supervisors for development. You'll translate business drivers into people initiatives, lead labor-related improvements, and challenge behaviors aligned with Core Values. Responsibilities- Build trusted relationships with operations leaders and employees
- Identify talent gaps and coach supervisors on gap-closure plans
- Utilize business acumen to link HR actions to key drivers of performance
- Develop and lead labor-focused improvement initiatives
- Challenge behaviors not aligned with Core Values and Code of Conduct
- Provide guidance on change management and employee development (performance, career, talent)

Key requirements- 3+ years in HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
- Experience partnering with plant leadership to drive initiatives
- Experience working with front-line supervisors
