Overview In this role you will lead healthcare capital projects within a multidisciplinary team, guiding initiatives from planning through closeout. Responsibilities- Coordinate with clients, healthcare stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, and internal leadership to plan, manage, and deliver healthcare facilities projects
- Support full project life cycle activities from planning and programming to design, construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Assist in scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and activity coordination for healthcare capital projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, and risk logs
- Facilitate meetings with clients, user groups, and project teams, including agendas, documentation, and action tracking
- Monitor progress and manage changes related to scope, schedule, and budget
- Review project documentation including drawings, specs, submittals, and RFIs
- Support compliance with healthcare standards, safety, and infection control protocols
- Prepare timely project reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Participate in procurement and consultant coordination as required
- Support construction administration activities such as site observations and closeout coordination
- Ensure conformance with client standards, healthcare regulations, and PM practices
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in healthcare construction or capital projects
- Experience in active or occupied healthcare environments preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequence, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; project management or scheduling software experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
