Overview In this role, you design and deliver engaging digital training for Anduril's advanced defense technologies. You'll collaborate with SMEs and Curriculum Developers to translate complex technical content into effective, user-friendly eLearning. You'll work across multimedia tools to create scalable training aligned with learning objectives, supporting deployment, maintenance, and operation. Responsibilities- Design, develop, and publish interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline compatible with LMS and SCORM/xAPI
- Create high-quality graphics and media assets with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Storyboard and script course content with SMEs and Curriculum Developers
- Refine learner materials across PowerPoint, InDesign, and Figma
- Test eLearning files for functionality and LMS compatibility
- Maintain project documentation and version control
- Create templates and visual standards for consistency
- Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Explore immersive training options including simulations, AR/VR integration
Key requirements- 3+ years of eLearning development in corporate/technical/defense environments
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition; After Effects a plus)
- Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital accessibility
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration best practices
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
