Responsibilities- Lead and manage the controls service team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and quality
- Provide technical support and guidance on controls-related issues
- Monitor service performance metrics and identify improvement areas
- Cultivate client and stakeholder relationships to meet needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in controls and BAS
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in service management or similar role in building automation
- Strong knowledge of BAS and HVAC, with Delta Controls experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
