Overview As a Senior Technical Designer you'll own the technical design and fit for elevated dresses and ready-to-wear, guiding styles from concept to production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure precise specs, construction details, and timely approvals, helping to scale sustainable fashion with integrity. You'll collaborate with overseas factories and QA to maintain quality while meeting production timelines. Responsibilities- Create and manage garment specifications and standards in the PLM system for designated categories
- Lead product journey from concept to final production approval including fit, grading, and trim
- Build tech packs with specs, construction details, and digital patterns for factories
- Inspect samples against quality standards and communicate revisions to factories
- Manage fit comments and adjustments to align with production timelines
- Review graded nest patterns and issue grading guidelines post-fit approval
- Collaborate with Quality Control to resolve quality issues
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10+ years experience in Technical Design
- expertise in garment construction, grading, pattern making, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication and trims
- familiarity with print design and manufacturing
- ability to multitask and meet deadlines; strong integrity and trustworthiness
