Overview In this role you lead the onboard revenue technology portfolio, shaping product strategy and digital innovations to grow revenue while elevating the guest experience. You will partner with business and operations teams across the fleet to translate goals into scalable solutions. You'll mentor multiple product teams and drive enterprise-wide modernization to deliver data-driven, guest-centric experiences. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a complex, multi-domain environment.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end lifecycle and strategy for onboard revenue tech across multiple domains (SalesTrax, Dining Reservations, POS, Internet, etc.)
- Define multi-year roadmaps aligned to revenue growth and guest experience goals
- Increase onboard revenue and satisfaction through digital capabilities and platform enhancements
- Lead and mentor product teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Translate business and operational requirements into structured engineering work and clear scopes
- Own product strategy for SmartFleet: SalesTrax and standardize onboard revenue data across third-party platforms
- Advance Dining Reservations as a key product layer with large forecasted interactions
- Streamline F&B operations using IoT devices and FPMS to drive efficiency and savings
- Collaborate with Onboard Revenue Strategy, Newbuild & Dry Dock, and Operations to align tech investments with revenue targets
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to link technology to measurable revenue outcomes
- Oversee platform modernization, third-party integrations, and enterprise alignment
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across product lines, including fleet modernizations
- Align priorities with Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Commercial, Casino Ops, and New Construction for efficiency
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering
- 10+ years in platform engineering, product management, or technology program management
- Experience managing tech programs in capital construction, newbuild, or major infrastructure
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into engineering work
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (including newbuilds or modernizations)
- Experience with third-party SaaS and enterprise-architecture alignment
- Familiarity with WiFi, connectivity infrastructure, or revenue management platforms (strong plus)
