Overview In this role you partner with managers and the HR Director to drive talent initiatives that support growth, strengthen pipelines, and enhance the employee experience within the Power Systems Division. You will champion ITW's culture, coach leaders, and oversee end-to-end HR processes from onboarding to performance cycles. You collaborate across teams to boost engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance, delivering hands-on execution with strategic insight. Responsibilities- Leadership & culture: model core values, partner with managers, coach on talent development and performance management
- Workforce planning & talent acquisition: lead end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and interview support; develop strategies with welding talent acquisition team
- Talent development: plan succession, career development, and development programs; cascade tools and coaching
- HR operations & compliance: ensure legal compliance, maintain records, support leave, HR reporting, and investigations; align with campus HR for policy consistency
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (as stated)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Travel up to 15%
- Experience in employee relations, leadership development, recruiting, performance management, and HR operations
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
