Responsibilities- Lead the design of multiple projects concurrently from concept through construction documents
- Guide architectural design decisions and ensure project alignment with proposals and client goals
- Coordinate with junior architectural staff across the company to deliver integrated design solutions
- Collaborate within a cross-disciplinary team to develop non-routine and complex projects
- Mentor and develop staff in design practices and technical standards
Key requirements- 7-15 years in all phases of architectural projects
- Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from NAAB-accredited university
- Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or ability to obtain reciprocity within 3 months
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; ability to mentor staff
