Overview In this role you will drive long term adoption of Omnipod products within a geographic region, elevating patient outcomes and customer loyalty. You will act as a clinical expert and mentor, delivering advanced education and proactive support to patients and providers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to reduce attrition, inform retention programs, and enhance the overall patient experience. Responsibilities- Serve as an expert clinical resource for complex diabetes management scenarios and guide patients/providers through Omnipod therapy challenges
- Deliver advanced, personalized clinical education via phone and virtual platforms
- Provide proactive follow-up, troubleshooting, and escalation to sustain device adoption
- Interpret Omnipod data and reporting tools to support clinical decision-making
- Maintain licensure, CDCES credential, and Omnipod credentials while upholding clinical excellence and compliance
- Manage clinical retention quotas for a defined geographic region and tailor engagement approaches to regional needs
- Conduct high-impact interactions to assess satisfaction, reinforce product value, and remove barriers to continued use
- Identify disengagement indicators and partner with cross-functional teams for timely interventions
- Assess multidimensional barriers to therapy continuation (clinical, behavioral, psychosocial, logistical, access-related)
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers to align education with treatment plans
- Develop understanding of regional healthcare dynamics, including payer/access considerations
- Serve as a key clinical contributor for the assigned geography and collaborate with Clinical Teams, Customer Success, and Commercial teams
- Surface regional insights to inform retention program improvements
- Contribute to enterprise tools, resources, and engagement strategies
- Provide guidance to Clinical Retention Specialist I on complex cases and share best practices
- Mentor 1-2 new Specialists annually during onboarding and early tenure
- Maintain thorough documentation of interactions in Salesforce
- Analyze engagement data to identify risks and opportunities
- Apply insights to improve performance and outcomes
- Support data-driven retention initiatives
- Operate independently within clinical/retention frameworks
- Manage high-risk cases with minimal oversight

Key requirements- Bachelor
- Active clinical credential (RN or RD)
- Current CDCES credential
- 5+ years of insulin pump therapy and diabetes technology experience
- Experience managing complex clinical cases and provider interactions
- Ability to maintain licensure and Omnipod certifications
- Strong clinical expertise in diabetes management and technology
- Proven consultative communication and virtual engagement skills
- Ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Industry or sales adjacent clinical experience preferred
