Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Conduct routine well-child exams, physicals, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
- Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, safety, and disease prevention.
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Collaborate cooperatively with the broader medical staff and support team.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligible to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate bedside manner for interacting with children and parents.
- Spanish Speaking a plus!
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation with very lucrative bonus opportunities.
- Compensation Salary Band: $176,000-$218,000 commensurate with experience
