Urgent Care Physician Assistant Locums Job South Chicago, Illinois
Looking for a flexible PRN opportunity with a well-established Immediate Care practice? We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant to provide outpatient coverage in the South Chicago area.
Assignment Details
ASAP start
PRN coverage needed throughout December and January
6-8 shifts available per month, including weekend coverage
Expected need for at least 60-90 days
Outpatient Immediate Care setting
Single-provider coverage
See patients of all ages
Approximately 30 patients per day
Schedule
Clinic operates 7 days per week:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Shifts are offered on an as-needed basis rather than a set recurring schedule. The client prefers providers who can review and commit to open shifts approximately 4-6 weeks in advance. A minimum shift guarantee may be considered for the right provider.
Requirements
Active Physician Assistant license
BLS required
PALS required
ACLS required
Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages
