Overview In this role, you will lead cloud and enterprise IT strategy within Peraton's Enterprise Capabilities and Solutions team, shaping differentiated offerings and architectures for federal cloud platforms and IT modernization. You'll work closely with capture teams and sector stakeholders to translate opportunities into win-ready solutions and repeatable frameworks. You'll drive technical strategy, architecture roadmaps, and credible narratives that differentiate Peraton in federal pursuits. This hybrid role places you at the intersection of technical leadership and capture, delivering impact through contract wins and scalable service offerings.
Responsibilities- Lead the Enterprise Capabilities and Solutions portfolio for cloud, infrastructure, and IT modernization from strategy to execution
- Collaborate with capture teams, sector growth leaders, and SMEs to shape solutions from opportunity identification through proposal submission
- Develop technical discriminators, solution narratives, and competitive materials for cloud and enterprise IT offerings
- Design scalable, reusable cloud and IT service offerings and architectures to give Peraton a competitive edge in federal pursuits
- Evolve the portfolio by analyzing capability gaps, technology readiness, and market trends
- Author thought leadership artifacts and white papers to support customer engagement and showcase Peraton Labs technologies
- Partner with stakeholders to translate market opportunities into differentiated service offerings
- Define services with supporting sales assets, cost models, and solution guides for sales and delivery
- Present strategies and roadmaps to customers, capture teams, and executives to inform decisions
- Engage with customers, partners, and hyperscale providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to stay ahead of mission needs and competitive dynamics
Key requirements- 16+ years of industry experience
- Deep expertise in cloud platform architecture across AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP with hybrid/multi-cloud at enterprise scale
- Experience collaborating with cybersecurity SMEs on Zero Trust architectures aligned to federal frameworks
- Proficiency with cloud-native architecture (containers, Kubernetes, microservices) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
- Working knowledge of FedRAMP, cloud compliance, and ITIL-aligned service management
- Direct experience supporting federal government customers and understanding of acquisition processes
- Proven track record contributing to competitive federal pursuits including technical solutions and architecture
- Ability to translate complex cloud concepts into compelling solution narratives for capture teams and evaluators
