Overview In this role you will support development and execution of sourcing strategies across key categories, partnering with engineering and operations to drive supplier performance and reduce disruptions. You will analyze spend, performance and trends using ERP systems, support supplier audits and development initiatives, and help standardize sourcing practices. The position offers exposure across operations, engineering and supply chain and opportunities to grow from tactical procurement to strategic sourcing. You will contribute to on-time delivery and measurable supplier improvements in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities- Support sourcing strategies for metals, motors, bearings, and drives
- Analyze supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in supplier segmentation and governance
- Assist supplier development initiatives and corrective actions
- Support supplier audits and improvement plans
- Collaborate with engineering and operations on supplier-related projects and NPD
- Improve OTIF and reduce supply disruptions
- Support issue resolution and supplier escalations
- Use ERP systems (Passport, Epicor) to analyze spend, performance, and trends
- Contribute to standardizing sourcing practices and processes
Key requirements- 3-5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with supplier performance tracking and improvement
- Basic negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience using ERP systems and data analysis
