Responsibilities- Lead projects from initial client meetings through closeout across food/beverage, life sciences, and related sectors
- Oversee budget, schedule, quality, and safety to ensure client objectives
- Drive design-build and EPC initiatives, including estimating and proposals
- Manage risk, contracts, and pricing decisions with stakeholders
- Develop and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and performance
- Liaise with clients as the primary point of contact and seek new opportunities
Key requirements- 15+ years in construction roles
- 8+ years in construction management and team leadership
- Experience in Construction and A&E design-build projects; industrial sector experience preferred
- Proven track record managing industrial projects valued from $50K to $50M
- Familiarity with process systems and reading P&IDs
- Safety program implementation and jobsite safety monitoring
- Tech-savvy with project management software; able to learn quickly
- Bachelor in Engineering (preferred); Contractor Qualifier Licenses or willingness to obtain in several states
