Overview In this role you will lead HR for a 300-person engineering/product development site, partnering with leaders to align people plans with business goals. You'll drive talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance and a positive culture. You will coach leaders, support change, and help scale HR practices in a matrixed environment. Responsibilities- Partner with site leadership to align HR guidance with business objectives and workforce planning
- Lead talent activities including recruiting support, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Coach managers through employee issues and development opportunities to foster a high-performing environment
- Oversee daily HR operations, policy interpretation, and compliance with laws and company practices
- Support organizational changes and culture initiatives through effective change management and communication
Key requirements- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HR Business Partner roles
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or technical teams is helpful
- Experience in matrixed or global organizations is a plus
- Strong leadership coaching, talent development, employee relations, and compliance experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
