Overview

As a Senior HRBP for Leica Biosystems within Danaher Diagnostics, you translate business priorities into people strategies that drive growth, productivity, and sustainable performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, shaping organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development in a global, matrixed setting. The role emphasizes data driven decision making and change leadership to enable cross functional impact. This is a high visibility partner role at the heart of a fast moving diagnostics business.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategy into an integrated people strategy aligned to growth and enterprise guardrails
  • Advise leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability
  • Leverage people data and external insights to inform decisions and demonstrate HR impact
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development
  • Coach leaders to build leadership bench strength, inclusive behaviors, and sustained performance
  • Lead change initiatives (reorganizations, workforce transitions, transformations) and guide change adoption
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points, escalating where needed
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and COEs on complex or high risk people matters
Key requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with 12+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP, organizational effectiveness, and leadership advisory
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions
  • Experience designing and leading talent and leadership development (succession planning, bench assessment, capability building)
  • Data fluency with analytics or AI tools to inform recommendations and measure outcomes
  • Strong business and financial acumen with capability to prioritize investments for sustainable performance
  • Continuous improvement mindset with familiarity with lean principles
  • Senior HRBP experience in a Diagnostics function/site/country with matrixed delivery model
