Overview In this role you will perform microbiological testing on in-process, release, and stability samples to support safe, high-quality drug products. You will help with environmental and utility monitoring, uphold cGMP and data integrity, and deliver timely results in a hands-on onsite lab setting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate deviations and ensure compliant operations. Responsibilities- Perform microbiological testing for in-process, release, and stability samples
- Support environmental and utility monitoring (HVAC and facility sampling)
- Review and document test results per GMP and data integrity standards
- Use laboratory systems and software to record and manage data
- Identify deviations and support investigations when results fall outside expected ranges
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity in all tasks
- Participate in routine lab activities including sample handling and documentation
Key requirements- Associate degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science field
- GMP or regulated lab experience preferred
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends or deviations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior lab experience with aseptic techniques and documentation practices preferred
- Comfortable working in cleanrooms and performing physical tasks (e.g., climbing ladders)
