You'll coordinate across architecture, design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams to maintain cadence, quality, and paper trails. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery from concept to handover
- Own scope, schedule, and budget baselines and forecast variances
- Coordinate cross-discipline teams to resolve interfaces before site
- Establish delivery cadence with programmes, milestones, and action logs
- Manage consultants/contractors for brand and technical compliance
- Govern change control with documentation and cost alignment
- Identify and mitigate project risks and maintain risk register
- Oversee RFI/submittal cycles and maintain version-controlled docs
- Report project health to Head of Design Management on a cadence
- Coordinate seamless project handover with as-built and FM docs
- Mentor Project Managers to raise delivery discipline
- Support feasibility, procurement strategy, and consultant appointments
Key requirements- 10-15+ years in project management for mid- to large-scale real estate developments
- Experience delivering 5+ mid-to-large real estate projects across various types
- Background with real estate developers, PMCs, or tier-one contractors/consultants
- Cross-discipline coordination across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, landscape
- Commercial fluency in budgets, procurement, cost control, variations, claims
- Exposure to US and/or MENA markets and regulatory environments
- Working knowledge of FIDIC/AIA contracts
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore or similar CDE, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit
