Superintendent - Data Centers

In this role you will oversee the construction and operational management of data center projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality in mission-critical environments. You will monitor progress, enforce controls, and maintain site documentation to support compliant, on-time delivery. You will work closely with project managers to report status and address risks, shaping reliable data center operations and infrastructure growth.

• Manage and oversee construction activities for data center projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on site
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues during construction
• Maintain documentation related to project progress, changes, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to report on project status and address concerns
• Ensure that all work meets specifications for cold storage and mission-critical environments

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in data center, industrial, or warehouse construction
• Strong knowledge of cold storage, mission-critical systems, and data center operations
• Familiarity with AWS and Meta technologies as they pertain to data center operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
