Overview In this role you will advance fault-tolerant quantum capabilities by steering QEC research into production-ready compilation strategies. You will shape error correction approaches, qubit mapping, and resource optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You translate theory into scalable compute workflows, benchmarking against real hardware constraints and integrating decoders into execution paths. This is a practical, product-oriented science role at the boundary of research and engineering. You will contribute to the Braket mission by publishing findings and partnering with hardware providers and the broader research community.
