Overview In this role you drive predictable growth and financial visibility by aligning Customer Experience, Finance, and Go-To-Market. You own forecasting and performance of strategic partnerships, including large multi-year commitments, turning them into measurable outcomes. You will build scalable processes, dashboards, and insights to guide leadership decisions. Responsibilities- Own forecasting and financial alignment with Finance for planning and variance analysis
- Manage strategic partner performance, forecast large commitments, and identify risks/opportunities
- Drive operational rigor with scalable performance tracking and accountability
- Build dashboards and reporting for real-time revenue, capacity, and partner visibility
- Optimize capacity and planning by modeling utilization and demand
- Partner cross-functionally with CX, Sales, and Finance to align priorities and execution
Key requirements- 12+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Ops, Finance, or related operational leadership
- Expertise in revenue forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience managing complex multi-variable environments including strategic partnerships and large agreements
- Proficiency in executive dashboards and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate data into insights
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives
