Overview

In this IC4 role, you enable scalable execution of enterprise people priorities by coordinating HRBPs, COEs, and business partners to plan and deploy complex talent programs. You translate priorities into manager-ready solutions, governance, and insights that boost adoption and readiness while reducing complexity. You drive phased deployment, governance, and continuous improvement across global teams, balancing standardization with need for flexibility. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution to increase HR capacity for strategic work and measurable impact. This opportunity combines strategic program leadership with hands-on rollout in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, scaled deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent and workforce programs (performance, compensation, promotions, talent reviews, engagement, workforce planning).
  • Serve as senior program lead across HRBPs, COEs, Analytics, HR Services, HRIT and partners to align requirements, decisions, and execution.
  • Define deployment strategy, governance, milestones, and success measures; manage risks and dependencies from planning through completion.
  • Translate program data into actionable workforce insights to inform scenarios, resource alignment, readiness, and improvements.
  • Provide managers and HR partners with scalable guidance, tools, and readiness resources to simplify execution and improve adoption.
  • Oversee operational deployment of workforce planning initiatives ensuring disciplined, compliant execution.
  • Drive change readiness and adoption for complex initiatives by anticipating stakeholder needs and adjusting approaches based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to translate design into business-ready execution while balancing standardization with portfolio needs.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve systems readiness, and leverage automation and AI to scale and improve quality.
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in large, global organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate HR priorities into scalable execution across talent, workforce, or organizational programs.
  • Advanced stakeholder leadership, change management, facilitation, and executive communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong program leadership and judgment; adept at navigating ambiguity, sensitive matters, and competing priorities.
  • Experience with workforce planning, analytics, and data-driven decision support; familiarity with job architecture preferred.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes, build repeatable operating mechanisms, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
