Overview In this role you drive ICT design and project delivery for the Property & Buildings group, leading projects from concept to closeout and coordinating cross-functional teams. You'll manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, and quality while shaping technical documentation and design outputs. You'll collaborate across regions to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions and support business growth through proposals and strategic pursuits. This is a hands-on leadership role with focus on technical excellence and cross-disciplinary partnership.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage ICT project delivery from concept through construction closeout
- Oversee client relationships, scope, budget, schedule, and quality
- Develop construction drawings, specifications, power studies, calculations, cost estimates, and project plans
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technical specialists across regions
- Support proposals, RFQs, and strategic pursuits to grow the project portfolio
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental KPIs and drive improvements
- Mentor and provide informal training to team members
Key requirements- 10+ years of ICT design, consulting, and project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Florida PE license
- BICSI Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification required
- Expertise in Bluebeam
- Working knowledge of AIA design process and state/national building and energy codes
- Autodesk Revit knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor technical teammates
