Overview In this role you will maintain and modernize government program management portals and databases, enabling secure collaboration and efficient operations. You will work with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and automations that improve data handling and user experience. The position supports cloud-based tools and CAC-enabled web applications to meet mission requirements. This is a chance to drive modernization and secure, scalable program management across diverse projects.
Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance government program management portals and applications for reliability and security
- Evaluate portal capabilities and propose improvements and new technologies
- Administer relational databases including configuration, backups, recovery, and maintenance
- Design and implement database applications and data management solutions
- Plan and execute database testing and migration strategies
- Apply security patches to systems to meet cybersecurity requirements
- Develop data management solutions supporting lifecycle, reporting, analytics, and web services
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and SOPs for supported systems
- Provide user training and support for portal, database, and workflow solutions
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, sysadmins, cybersecurity, and developers to deliver solutions
- Support system modernization by integrating new technologies and automation
- Ensure activities comply with government security policies and standards
- Perform additional duties as needed to support missions
