Overview In this role, you will own and optimize the HRIS, focusing on Recruiting, VNDLY and Talent within Workday to deliver reliable, high-quality HR services. You will troubleshoot advanced issues, configure modules, and guide stakeholders while advancing the HR technology roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, conduct testing, and document processes. Responsibilities- Own configuration and maintenance of Recruiting, VNDLY and Talent modules in Workday
- Lead testing and implementation of system changes; ensure data integrity and compliance
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance to HR teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and deliver system enhancements
- Participate in bi-annual Workday releases to identify enhancements aligned with the HR Technology roadmap
- Create and maintain technical documentation of configurations, processes, and issue resolutions
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and communicate technical guidance
- Support unit testing and documentation for new business processes, updates, upgrades, and projects
Key requirements- Deep Workday knowledge of Recruiting, VNDLY, Talent and core HR operations
- Workday Certification or equivalent
- 5+ years HRIS Workday experience
- Experience with Workday Reporting and Security
- Hands-on Workday EIBs, calculated fields, condition rules, and security configuration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root cause resolution skills
- Effective verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent
