Overview In this role you will join Greenberg Traurig's Austin Litigation Practice as an Associate. You will support a dynamic, nationally recognized team on complex commercial and business litigation matters, from breach of contract to fiduciary disputes. You'll work with cross functional colleagues to manage deadlines, research, write, and prepare for depositions, motions, and hearings, with mediation and trial experience as a plus. This position offers exposure to diverse cases while contributing to a culture of merit, collaboration, and client service at a top global firm.

Responsibilities- handle a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters
- conduct legal research and writing
- prepare for and participate in depositions, dispositive and discovery motions
- interact with clients and opposing counsel
- manage deadlines independently while thriving in a team environment
- potentially assist in mediation, arbitration, hearings and trials
- maintain good standing with the Texas State Bar
- support a broad litigation practice within the Austin office
Key requirements- 2-4 years of litigation experience
- familiarity with federal, state, and local rules
- strong motivation and outstanding interpersonal skills
- diligence and ability to work independently

- Texas State Bar in good standing
