Responsibilities- Perform high-throughput screens in cancer cell lines and models
- Develop and apply single cell technologies to profile primary tissue samples
- Analyze and interpret single cell perturbation data and broader genomic data
- Collaborate effectively with department and cross-organization teams
- Communicate results through publications and presentations
- Identify new research opportunities and innovative technology applications
Key requirements- Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., molecular biology, cancer biology, genetics, immunology, systems biology, developmental biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering)
- Hands-on experience with single cell CRISPR screens
- Experience in analysis of single cell and genomic data using R and/or Python
- Strong background in NGS assays and molecular biology techniques
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and lead research efforts
- Sustained scientific productivity evidenced by publications and patents
