Overview In this role, you protect and enhance community value while optimizing resident living experience by directing the property's day-to-day operations. You lead on-site teams across maintenance, leasing, safety, and administration, aligning activities with financial and operational goals. You manage revenues, budgeting, and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate records and compliance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold Cardinal Culture and core values, driving high-quality resident relations and community performance.

Responsibilities- Lead daily operations across loss prevention, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing and facility upkeep
- Improve community performance to meet financial and operational goals
- Develop income strategies and manage leasing to optimize cash flow
- Analyze monthly financial statements and manage cash, variances, and receivables
- Maintain accurate community files and lease data in management software
- Coordinate revenue collection and document related processes
- Oversee invoices and vendor engagement for property needs
- Direct on-site maintenance, office staff, and leasing teams
- Manage resident relations and address repairs, lease issues, and concerns
- Participate in Cardinal U training and monitor team participation
Key requirements- Four (4) years' experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law, and resident relations
- Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google platform
- Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects, with team collaboration
- Ability to manage time, organize work, and maintain accuracy
- Positive, problem-solving mindset and client-oriented approach
