Overview

As a Project Coordinator II at CRB, you support the delivery of capital design and construction projects across biopharmaceutical and advanced technology markets. You will collaborate with internal and external architects, engineers, clients, and construction teams to keep projects on track. The role involves coordinating design and construction efforts, managing multiple tasks, and mentoring junior staff. You contribute to project success by facilitating coordination, keeping stakeholders informed, and upholding CRB's standards of technical excellence and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in delivering capital design and/or construction projects across biopharmaceutical and advanced technology markets
  • Coordinate with internal and external architects and engineers
  • Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Manage multiple complex tasks and establish priorities
  • Coordinate design and construction team members
  • Balance office time with on-site presence
  • Make autonomous decisions and lead coordination efforts without close supervision
  • Oversee large-scale initiatives and multiple projects concurrently
  • Mentor or guide junior team members
Key requirements
  • Associates degree in relevant field (Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Eight years of document control and project control experience (preferably in a design firm)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology projects preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office 2013 and PDF software
  • Proficiency with traditional project controls database tools and methods
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional time management
  • PMP certification or related certification preferred
  • Experience with large-scale ($10 million) projects and document handling preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools or software used in construction and design projects
