Overview In this laboratory-focused role, you will contribute to PDM-NBE ADME projects by measuring intermolecular interactions and binding affinity of Biotherapeutics in human matrices. You'll design reagents, run assays, and analyze data to support immunogenicity modeling and PK/ADME insights. The position combines hands-on bench work with cross-functional collaboration to advance biologics research. This is an opportunity to master advanced binding technologies and contribute to impactful drug development.
Responsibilities- Design protein reagents for binding studies
- Run binding assays with minimal supervision and contribute to method development
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot binding instruments
- Analyze binding data and derive binding affinity using appropriate software
- Collaborate with modelers to build computational immunogenicity models
- Handle biological samples (human and preclinical serum/tissues)
- Summarize work and write technical reports
Key requirements- BS/MS in Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacology or closely related fields
- Industry experience in biopharma preferred
- Strong analytical and biochemistry background
- Understanding of binding affinity concepts (plus)
- Fast learner capable of mastering instrument operation after training
- Strong problem-solving initiative at technical and intellectual levels
