Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all project phases from inception to completion
- Plan, budget, schedule, and execute using client processes and tools
- Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and tailor solutions to client objectives
- Drive innovative project management approaches and new technologies

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
- PMP or equivalent PM certification
- Minimum 7 years NYC project management experience in commercial real estate
- Proficiency in building client presentations; client-facing experience
- Proven track record managing complex, high-end retail projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading projects in financial services retail banking
- Proficiency in project scheduling (MS Projects) is a plus
- Willingness to be office-based up to 4x/week
