Responsibilities- Lead project planning, execution, and closeout to meet contract requirements (scope, schedule, budget)
- Ensure project delivery aligns with health, safety, quality, financial, and risk policies
- Lead business development activities to secure new contracts
- Contribute to Florida Market Strategy and client diversification
- Demonstrate leadership with integrity within Jacobs culture
Key requirements- B.S. or M.S. in related engineering or applicable discipline
- 15+ years of progressively responsible PM experience in Water/Wastewater and municipal consulting
- Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong proficiency with project delivery tools and metrics
- Excellent oral and written communication, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and secure repeat consulting work
